Andrés Durán Dávila is a Visual Artist. Lives and works in Chile. His work has been exhibited internationally, highlighting: Edited Monument Chile-Perú-Bolivia-Argentina, FoLa Museum Buenos Aires Argentina (2016), Avenue of the Americas, Y Gallery NYC (2016), GuatePhoto Festival, Guatemala (2015), Voices, Latin American Photography 1980-2015, Michael Hoppen Gallery, London (2015), Edited Monument, Galería Gabriela Mistral, Chile (2014) and Galería Metales Pesados Visual, Chile (2015), Exercises to distract the perception, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Santiago (2012), Mensulás, IV Biennial of Mercosur Brazil, (2003).
He has recently obtained the Discoveries PhotoEspaña 2016 Award. he received the CCU Art 2015 Grant, doing a residency program at ISCP, New York. In 2005 he was nominated for the Altazor Award in the Best Installation and Video Art category.

Ha sido recientemente beneficiado con el Premio Descubrimientos PhotoEspaña 2016, en 2015 recibió la Beca de Arte CCU, realizando una residencia en ISCP, Nueva York. En 2005 fue nominado al Premio Altazor en la categoría Mejor Instalación y Video Arte.
